These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Red Deer Limo (“Company”) to its customers (“Customer”). By booking and utilizing our limousine and shuttle services, the Customer agrees to abide by the following terms:
- Booking and Payment:
1. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. Reservations can be made through our website, or phone.
1.3. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
1.4. Payment must be made in advance, either partially or in full, as agreed upon during the booking process.
1.5. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested by the Customer during the trip.
1.6 Deposits for all bookings are required unless other arrangements have been made prior to the trip. The deposit will be charged at 50% of the total amount at the time of the booking and the remaining 50% will be charged 1 week prior to the reservation date.
1.7 For airport picks ups, customers are permitted 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights after the scheduled pickup times. Wait times beyond these limits will incur charges at the hourly rate prorated in fifteen-minute intervals. - Cancellation and Refunds:
1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking and are communicated at the time of reservation.
2.2 Any cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the pick up time will result in no refund
2.3 Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and will be processed according to the payment method used for booking. - Service:
1. The Company strives to provide timely and reliable service. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, or road closures may affect the schedule.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an alternative of equal or higher value in case of unavailability.
3.3. The Customer and their guests must treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect. Any damage caused by the Customer or their guests will be subject to additional charges.
3.4. The Company prohibits smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages by minors, and illegal substances in its vehicles.
3.5. The maximum capacity of passengers must not exceed the limit specified for each vehicle. - Liability:
1. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs during the provision of services, except where it results directly from the Company’s negligence.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any lost or damaged items. - Termination of Service:
1. The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the Customer or their guests engage in unlawful or inappropriate behaviour that jeopardizes the safety of the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers. - Amendments to Terms:
1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website or other communication channels. - Governing Law:
1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta without regard to its conflict of law principles - Liquor Consumption:
1. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to passengers who are of legal drinking age in the respective jurisdiction.
8.2. The Company may provide alcoholic beverages upon request, subject to availability and local regulations. Any such request must be made in advance during the booking process.
8.3. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company and its chauffeur reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or entry to the vehicle to any individual who appears to be intoxicated or behaves irresponsibly.
8.4. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all passengers consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with the law.
8.5. The Company does not assume any liability for any consequences arising from the consumption of alcohol by passengers during the ride or at any point before or after the service provided. - No Smoking Policy:
1. Smoking, including but not limited to the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens, or any other smoking devices, is strictly prohibited inside the Company’s vehicles.
9.2. The Customer and their guests agree to comply with the no smoking policy at all times during the ride.
9.3. Any violation of the no smoking policy will result in a cleaning fee charged to the Customer to cover the cost of removing smoke odours and any damages caused by smoking.
9.4. The Company reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without refund if smoking occurs inside the vehicle, jeopardizing the safety and comfort of other passengers and the chauffeur.
By booking our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
